Investing in your mental well-being is a powerful step toward a more balanced life. At Selah, I offer specialized therapeutic support for individuals, couples, children, and adolescents, as well as dedicated postpartum care. My session fees reflect the depth of my clinical training and over a decade of dedicated professional experience, ensuring you receive high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
Standard hour session length: 53 minutes. The remaining time is used for progress notes and planning.

Standard session rate: $120
Couples session rate: $150
I aim to make the payment process as smooth as possible. You will have the choice between using your in-network insurance benefits, when available, or opting for private pay. Many clients find that private pay offers a higher level of privacy and greater flexibility in tailoring their therapeutic journey without the constraints often associated with insurance providers. I am here to support whichever path feels most comfortable and reassuring for you.
Payment is due at the time of your session. I aim to keep these details simple so you can focus on your wellness. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as self-pay options. Additionally, some clients utilize HSA or FSA cards to cover session costs with pre-tax dollars. My billing process is designed to be seamless, confidential, and straightforward, ensuring your care remains the priority.
